Ingredients
- 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef-Cooked and seasoned
- 1 Med. White Onion-finely diced
- 1 (16 oz.) Can F.F. Re fried Beans
- 1 (16oz.) Can Ranch Style Beans
- 1 (16oz.) Can Sm. red Kidney Beans-drained
- 1 (16oz.) can Pinto Beans-drained
- 2 (16oz.) Cans of Diced Tomato's
- 1 (16oz.) Can Kernel Corn-drained
- 1 (8oz.) can Tomato Sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) Can Rotel
- 1 (4oz.) can Diced Green chili
- 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix

Preparation
Step 1
After you have seasoned and cooked the ground beef,
transfer to a slow cooker or a Lg. stock pot.
Add in all ingredients. Stir well and set on low heat
to cook for 3-4 hours. *You don't NEED to cook it that long
I have just found I like it to cook slow and longer
to help soften the beans plus let the flavors marinade.
You can serve with F.F. Sour Cream
and Baked tortilla Chips.
