Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Combine and mix well.
  • erlain:
  • 2 pound boneless pork tenderloin
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate tenderloin 2 to 4 hours. Cut tenderloin lengthwise down center and till with cream cheese. Top with jalapeno peppers and fold back together. Wrap with baking twine. Place tenderloin over hot coals 10 to 20 minutes.
