Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 to 1 and 1/2 cups finely chopped macadamia nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Mix well, chill dough then roll into 1 inch balls. (I like using the food processor). I flatten dough in a gallon Ziploc then chill to harden dough (freezer for quick chill dough or frig up to a few days until ready to bake).
Bake at 350 degrees for approx 20 minutes until light golden. Cool completely, then roll in powdered sugar. Cookies best frozen without powdered sugar (raw dough freezes well too).
