Ingredients

  • 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 1 (19.8 oz) Family Size Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Mint Extract
  • 1 Pkg. snack-sized York Peppermint Patties (12)
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Mint for garnish

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°. Unroll pie crust on lightly floured surface. Roll into 13-inch round. Fit into 9-inch pie plate, fold and flute edges. Combine brownies mix, egg, butter, 1/3 cup water and ¼ tsp mint extract into large bowl. Stir, as brownie package directs, until well blended. Spread 1 1/3 c. batter in pie crust. Place 10 mint patties, evenly spaced. Top with remaining batter, spread to edge. Bake 45 minutes, covering crust with foil after 15 minutes. Cool. Beat cream and sugar with remaining mint extract until stiff peaks form. Spread over cooled pie. Garnish with mint patties.
