Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup prepared balsamic dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tea. chopped fresh thyme
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 crown roast of pork

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
in a saucepan, over high heat, bring broth, wine, dressing and garlic to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; let simmer 10 minutes or until reduced to 3/4 cup. Stir in next 4 ingredients; reserve 1/4 cup glaze.
Rub oil over pork. Place pork on rack set in roasting pan. Brush with remaining glaze.
Roast 2 - 21/2 hours or until thermometer reads 150 degrees, brushing often with reserved glaze. Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
