Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen lemonda concentrate, thawed, divided
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

Step 1
1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 1 cup
sugar. Add the eggs, beating well. In another large
bowl, combine the flour and baking soda and add
alternately with 1/2 cup of lemonade concentrate into
the egg mixture. Stir in the lemon peel.
3.Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased
cookie sheets. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until edges
are light brown.
4.Remove from the oven and brush the hot cookies lightly
with the remaining lemonade concentrate. Sprinkle the
cookies with the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.
