Ingredients
- 1 c. grapenuts
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Soak grapenuts in buttermilk for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Don't over mix. Divide into 2 loaf pans. Let rest for 20 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
