Ingredients
- 1 carton (8oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk or 1 %
- 3 packets Splenda
- 3 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Preparation
Step 1
Combine yogurt, milk in blender. With blender running, add berries a few at a time through the opening in the lid. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend until slushy.
