  • 1 carton (8oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk or 1 %
  • 3 packets Splenda
  • 3 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder



Step 1

Combine yogurt, milk in blender. With blender running, add berries a few at a time through the opening in the lid. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time and blend until slushy.
