Ingredients
- cupscups assorted fresh vegetable pieces:
- 1/3cup1/3 cup olive oil
- 3tablespoons3 tablespoons white or white wine vinegar
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons McCormick* Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Seasoning, plus more to taste
- 1pound1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
- bell pepper, onion, zucchini, corn on the cob and mushrooms

Directions
Mix olive oil, vinegar and 2 tablespoons seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add chicken and turn to coat well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or longer for extra flavor.
Preheat grill.
Remove chicken from the marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Alternately thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers. Lightly sprinkle with additional seasoning, if desired.
Grill over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, turning kabobs frequently.
