Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg lemon pudding
- 2 c cool whip
- 1/2 c pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Draim pineapple and reserve 1 cup of the pineapple juice. Set pineapple aside. Prepared cake batter as directed on pkg, substituting 1 cup pineapple juice for the water. Pour batter into pan
(13X9). Cook as directed on pkg. Cool completely on wire rack. Add milk to pudding, beat with wisk for 2 min. or until well blended. Stir in pineapple and spread over cake. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts. Store in fridge.
