Ingredients
- 4-6 plum tomatoes OR tomatoes "on the vine", deseeded and diced
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp lime juice (start with 1 Tbsp and then to taste)
- salt, to taste
