Paradise Punch Drink

This fancy punch is all the rage of Paradise Point Resort and Spa on Mission Bay, whose bar won AOL City Guide's "Best Outdoor Drink" award.

Ingredients

• Crushed ice
• 3/4 ounce coconut rum
• 3/4 ounce Smirnoff's Raspberry Twist vodka
• Orange juice
• Pineapple juice
• Grenadine syrup
• 1 slice fresh pineapple
• Maraschino cherry

Preparation

Step 1

Fill a 16-ounce glass with crushed ice.
Pour in 3/4 ounce coconut rum.
Add 3/4 ounce of Smirnoff's Raspberry Twist vodka.
Fill the glass with equal amounts of orange juice and pineapple juice.
Add a splash of grenadine syrup for color.
Sir the drink and decorate with a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
