Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp plus 1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup (8 oz.) reduced-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soad, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and salt. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and remaining cinnamon.
2. Spoon a third of the batter into an 8-in. x 4-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Top with a third of the brown sugar mixture. Repeat layers twice. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl the brown sugar mixture.
3. Bake at 3S0° 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
