SLOW COOKER SALSA CHICKEN

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts-I have used both fresh and frozen chicken and both work great
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream (I sometimes like to add a little bit more for a creamier taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Add chicken to slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the chicken.
Mix salsa and cream of chicken in a seperate bowl and add to crock-pot over the chicken.
Cook on low for 6 hours until chicken is done.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Shred the chicken and serve in a wrap or over rice.
