Ingredients
- 1/4 lb salted butter
- 3 cup diced sweet onion (3 sm/2 lg onions)
- 3 cups diced potatoes (2 cans)
- 2 T minced Garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 T Black pepper
- 1 T salt
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 lb smoked pulled Pork
- 1 lb smoked brisket
- 1 lb smoked chicken shredded
- 3 cups Skinner’s Memphis BBQ sauce
- 1 cup early/sweet peas
- 2 cans whole kernel sweet corn (4 cups)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 giant can, stewed/crushed tomatoes and liquid (2 reg. cans)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add the diced onions, potatoes, and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent (15 min). Stir in the Cayenne, black pepper, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes then add the BBQ sauce. Stir in the pulled pork, chicken and brisket. Add the crushed tomatoes, and all of the vegetables. Stir in the chicken stock and let simmer for a couple hours over medium heat.
