Ingredients
- 1 large pkg orange jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups ice cold water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 small flat can crushed pineapple-drained
- 2 medium carrots-peeled and grated

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir well.
Add cold water, salt and lemon juice-mix well.
Put in refrigerator until the mixture is the consistency of egg whites. Add pineapple and carrots.
Refrigerate until set.
**you can use 1 can of mandrin orange slices (drained) instead of the pineapple.
