Orange-Pineapple Carrot Salad 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg orange jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cold water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 small flat can crushed pineapple-drained
  • 2 medium carrots-peeled and grated

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir well.

Add cold water, salt and lemon juice-mix well.
Put in refrigerator until the mixture is the consistency of egg whites. Add pineapple and carrots.
Refrigerate until set.

**you can use 1 can of mandrin orange slices (drained) instead of the pineapple.
