Ingredients
- Optional:
- Mesclun Salad Greens
- 2-3 tablespoon walnut oil
- 2-3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- gorgonzola cheese
- 2 pears, peeled and cut into small cubes
- Toasted, candied walnut pieces
- Add sliced/cubed grilled chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and chill salad greens
Whisk together walnut oil and vinegar..
Mix greens and dressing in large salad bowl. Toss.
Add gorgonzola and pears.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with toasted walnut pieces.
Serve.
