Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, for drizzling
- 1 Baguette, cut into 1/2-in. slices
- 4 Roma Tomatoes, cut into slices
- 2 Containers Fresh ( Watery ) Mozzarella, cut into slices
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh Basil Leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Place baguette slices on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil & bake at 400 till golden & crispy. Remove from oven, top each piece with a slice of roma tomato & mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with salt & freshly ground black pepper. Return to oven to melt cheese. Remove, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, then top each piece with a fresh basil leaf & serve immediately.
