Garbanzo beans, sesame seeds, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and a fresh squeeze of lemon get blended together to create classic hummus!

Ingredients
- 2 cans garbanzo beans- 1 drained, 1 with liquid
- 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Place all ingredients in your blender in the order listed. Turn machine on to high. If you're using a Vita-Mix, use the tamper to make sure all of the ingredients get pushed into the blades.
Blend for about 1 minute on high.
Season with salt if desired.
