1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. water
4 cooking apples, cored, peeled and sliced

Step 1

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch; mix well and stir in water. Add apples. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes.
