- 1-10 oz pkg colored mini marshmallows
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 pkg chocolate chips
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 egg
Melt butter and choco chips over hot water. Beat egg and sugar together. Combine mixture. Add marshmallows and mix until they are all coated with choco mixture. Sprinkle coconut on two pieces of wax paper. Divide mixture in half and put on wax paper. Roll up and put in fridge. Slice to serve.
