• 1/2 cup cocoa
• Dash of salt
• Dash of cinnamon (optional)

• 8 quarts dry milk
• 1 (1 pound) Nestle's Quick, chocolate
• 1 (7 oz) jar creamer, any flavor
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Use 2-3 teaspoons per cup of hot water
