- 1 lb fillet steak
- 1 bottle passata
- 1 1/2 lb rice
- 3 egg yolks chopped
- swiss cheese
- grated parmesan cheeese
- peas
- ham (chopped)
- boiled eggs (chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
Make sauce with meat.
Boil Rice. When cool mix in greated cheese,sauce and egg yolks
Chop cheese, meat, boiled eggs and ham
Make rice balls with above ingredients. Brush with egg whites and roll in bread crumbs
Deep fry
