Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 carton of Cool Whip
- 1 cup confectionary sugar (sifted)
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 sm instant lemon pudding
- 1 8oz creme cheese - room temp
- 9 x 13 inch baking pan

Step 1
Mix flour, margarine and pecans. Press in bottom of pan for crust.
Bake crust at 350 degrees for 20 minutes - let crust cool
Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and creme cheese- spread evenly over crust.
Mix pudding with milk until thickened (mixer) - then spread over creme cheese layer.
Top with the rest of the Cool Whip and chill 2 - 3 hours before serving.
