APPLE WALDORF JELLO SALAD

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lime jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 1/2 cups diced apples (peel on)
• 1/4 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water, then add cold water and chill until slightly thick. Combine apples, celery, pecans, marshmallows and mayonnaise. When jello is egg white consistency, fold in apple mixture. Fold in whipped cream and mold.
