Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 cup water
- 8-10 thinly sliced potatoes
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve cream of tartar in the water. Add the potatoes and toss, then drain. Place 1/2 of the potatoes into the slow cooker. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese and season with the salt and pepper. Repeat this process with the rest of the ingredients. Spoon the soup over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook on low or high, 4-8 hours.
