Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line a 15x10" pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix the first 9 ingredients. Then add the flour. Mix until combined. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Spread in the pan and bake about 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Once cooled, lift foil and slice.
