  • 1 (21 to 23 ounce) package brownie mix, mixed according to the package directions
  • 3/4 cup (4 1/2 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup raspberry preserves, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Place brownie batter in a large bowl; stir in chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of raspberry preserves. Pour into a prepared baking dish.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Let cool for 20 minutes, then spread remaining raspberry preserves over top. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes:
Some people prefer seedless raspberry preserves and others prefer preserves with seeds. The choice is yours.
