Rice Pudding

  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/3 Cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Quart Milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon



Step 1

Cook rice in large pot, in 4 cups water, cook till fluffed up but not over done. Drain. Mix eggs and sugar together. When rice is done put egg mixture into pot. Add 1 Quart milk. Bring to a boil, (not a hard boil). Mix cornstarch and water to a thin paste, and pour into milk mixture, and let get semi - thick. Take off stove and stir in vanilla. Pour into bowl and let cool. Befour putting in refigerator, sprinkle cinnamon on top.
