Waffle Cookies

These are made on a waffle iron, not in the oven. A fun
way to make cookies

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup shortening
• 6 teaspoons cocoa
• 1 recipe favorite chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat eggs; add sugar, beat well
2. Add vaniila, salt and flour; mix well
3. Melt shortening with cocoa

Heat waffle iron
Bake 1 teaspoon of dough in each waffle section for 1
minute
Frost with chocolate frosting
