MAHI*****Grilled Mahi-Mahi Tacos
By Unblond1
06/04/14-Super for both. Must use corn tortillas ( brand) My only complaint was that they weren't hot enough, even though I used a whole jalapeño between the marinade and the salad - I guess I just got a really mild pepper.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Place fish in a ziplock bag. Whisk together the oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, jalapeno, garlic, oregano and cilantro and pour over the fish. Let marinate for about 20 minutes.
Remove the fish from the marinade and place onto a hot grill or hot, oiled grill pan (non-stick frying pan works well too). Grill the fish for 3 - 4 minutes on the first side (or until fish is just opaque) and then flip for 1 - 2 minutes and remove. Let rest for 5 minutes then flake the fish with a fork.
Wrap the tortillas in foil and warm at 350F for 20 minutes. Place fish on tortillas and garnish with remaining ingredients.
