Ingredients
- 8 jalapeno peppers
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Cut jalapeno peppers in half and take out seeds. Toss the pepper, garlic and olive oil on a parchment lined tray. Bake for 25 minutes (dont overbake or will turn brown). Set aside to cool. Put everything in food processor (including oil from tray) and blend until smooth.
