Ingredients
- Chicken breasts:
- 3 TBSP lime juice
- 2 TBSP vegatable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lime peel
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Strawberry Salsa:
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 TBSP dried cranberries
- 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh (1/4 tsp dried) cilantro
- 1/4 tsp lime peel
- 1 green onion, finely chopped*
- *I substituted 1/2 avacado and 1/2 cucumber, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix lime juice, oil, sugar, lime peel, salt and garlic in a resealable plastic bag.
Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat chicken. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight, turning to coat chicken.
Grill chicken 15-20 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with marinade.
Mix all ingredients together for the salsa and spoon over chicken and serve.
Also good served over rice.
