Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 3/4 lb chicken tenders
- 3 T. oil
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florettes
- 2-3 celery stalks chopped
- 1 onion sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 T. Soy Sauce
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1 t. corn starch
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1 T. sugar
- salt and pepper
- Sauce:
- 2 T. Soy Sauce
- 1 t. cornstarch
- 2 T. Sherry
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Marinate chicken for a least 20 minutes. In wok, heat 3 T. oil. Add vegetables and stir fry about 6 minutes. Push veggies to the outside of wok and fry chicken for 4 mins.
In cup mix 2 T. soy, 1 t. cornstarch, 2 T. sherry and 1/2 cup water. Pour in wok over all, mix, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 3 mins.
