Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t. dried basil
  • 1 8 oz. pkg spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and dry chicken. In hot butter in large skillet saute chicken skin side down 5 mins. or until golden. Add onions and garlic, saute covered for 5 mins. Push chicken to one side. Add spinach. Sprinkle with salt and basil. Simmer covered 15 mins.

Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions.

Turn chicken right side up and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Blend spinach with onion and butter. Simmer covered 10 mins or until chicken is tender. Serve over spaghetti.
