Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 cups (about 4 medium) carrots, cubed
  • 2 cups (4 medium stallks) celery, cubed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups medium or wide noodles
  • Chopped or dry minced onion
  • Try adding a healthy pinch of fresh thyme towards the end of cooking

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil carrots, celery and onion in a large soup pot in
water and bouillon cubes; cook 10-15 minutes.
2. Add noodles after vegetables have cooked 5 minutes,
or cook noodles separately
3. Add chicken; heat thoroughly
