  • 3 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 4 bone-in skinless chicken breasts
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

In a large skillet, combine the orange juice, vinegar and molasses. Boil over high heat until the mixture foams occasionally; until the mixture is reduced by half, 12 to 15 minutes. Reserve half the glaze for a sauce.

Place the chicken breasts on a rimmed baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.

Season generously with salt and pepper, and brush with the glaze.

Bake the chicken, brushing with the glaze two more times during baking, 35 to 40 minutes.

Serve hot, covered with the glaze.
