Ingredients
- Sliced Apples:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 pouch Bertolini Lievito Vaniglinato
- 1 tabelspoons vanilla
- 6 apples (McIntosh, Red Delicious) thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss the apples with the sugar-flour-spice mixture. Add lemon juice. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add eggs, sugar, flour, oil, Bertolini Lievito Vaniglinato and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Pour into a 9 x 13 Pyrex glass dish. Place the coated apples all over the batter. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool completely.
