TOFFEE BLONDIES

I have tried halving the amount of toffee and white chocolate and they just weren’t as good!

Ingredients
- 1 Stick unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Toffee Bits
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line Bottom and sides of an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, with a bit of an overhang on two sides. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, vanilla and salt. With mixer on low speed, add flour, and beat until combined. Stir in toffee and chocolate by hand. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake cake until golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Grasping foil from each side, remove from pan and cut using serrated knife.
