MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

I made these in June of 2009 and something isn’t right. I think there is too much butter in the icing and not enough chocolate flavor in the cake.

Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs beaten and added one at a time
- 1 cup pecans
- Marshmallow cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 box powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Put ingredients in pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F. Cover with marshmallow cream warm. Combine ingredients to make icing; stir till smooth. Layer over marshmallow cream.
