Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster meat frozen and thawed
- 1 lb shrimp frozen and thawed
- 1/2 cup clam broth
- 4 cups light cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 med potatoes
- 1 med onion, minced
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 can s cream of corn
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw lbster and shrimp
put the clam broth and light cream in a sauce pan, bring to a boil. lower heat and simmer for 4 minutes. remove from heat, set aside
melt butter in a large sauce pan and add potatoes and onion and corns. saute over med / low heat until onions are translucent.
pour the cream mixture into the saucepan with vegetables
stir in the lobster and shrimp, cayenne pepper S&P. Simmer for 5 minutes.
