1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tb. honey
4 ham steaks

Step 1

Combine brown sugar and honey in a plastic ziploc bag. Add ham steaks; seal bag and rub sugar mixture into ham. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove ham from bag and grill over medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side. Makes 4 servings.
