  • 6 cups torn mixed romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup trimmed snow peas, sliced diagonally
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
