Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat, shredded
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon each butter and vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together crabmeat, bread crumbs. Beat together egg, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and salt and pepper. Combine with other ingredients and mix well.

Form into patties and place on a lightly greased broiler pan or baking sheet.

Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown.
