Ingredients
- 16 oz milk
- 6 oz milk or dark chocolate
- Pinch ground cinnamon (preferably toasted in pan and grated on microplane)
- Pinch sugar
- Sweetened whipped cream (whipped to soft peak)

Step 1
Heat milk with cinnamon and sugar, if using. Stir in chocolate until melted. Whip mixture with an emersion blender or pour into a blender.
Pour mixture into a cup and top with whipped cream. Shave chocolate or cinnamon on top and serve.
