Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (14oz) tin fruit cocktail (undrained)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk(not eagle brand)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and sugar on high speed until light and fluffy.
Add cocktail, canilla, and dry ingredients
Mix at med speed
Spread into greased cookie sheet
Bake
Icing:
Boil 2 minutes, stirring. Cool
