Ingredients

  • 12 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 cup, plus 2 TBS Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Kosher Salt
  • 3 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 Tbs Franks RedHot
  • 2 Tsp liquid hickory smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 2 cups of vinegar and all other ingredients in a saucepan. Cook until just starting to boil, stirring often. Turn off heat, cover for 15 minutes. Stir again and add to the remaining 10 cups of vinegar. Mix all together and refrigerate
