Ingredients
- RED WINE VINAIGRETTE:
- 1/2 head butter lettuce
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup rinsed red kidney beans, patted dry
- 1 cup rinsed garbanzo beans, patted dry
- 8 oz. salami, cubed
- 6 oz. provolone, cubed
- 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- Red Wine Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup olive oil

Step 1
Cut all of the lettuces into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the lettuces, beans, cheese, salami and tomatoes in a large bowl.
Toss with enough vinaigrette to coat, salt and pepper to taste.
VINAIGRETTE:
Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, honey and salt in a blender. With the machine running, gradually blend in the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
