Ingredients
- 1 lb. Scallops
- 1/8 teas. pepper
- 4 tbsp. margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs

Step 1
Rinse Scallops in water. Dry with paper towels. Coat with flour. Beat eggs, milk, pepper. Put scallops in egg then in bread crumbs. Fry in margarine for about 3 minutes
